MathSecret is passionate about education!

Started teaching abacus/mental math in 1991 in the Cerritos area (suburb of Los Angeles, California), we have changed lives of countless students. Students drove hours to get to our classes, teachers would refer their troubled math students to us; and with mere one to two months, F students in math, would become A and B’s. Many students came to us hating math, with a few years of MathSecret, they went on to elite universities with math scholarships.

Over the years, we have always known our tremendous benefit to students’ learning. Our ability to enhance student’s math skills and its ripple effect to improve other subjects have astounded and puzzled many in the local teaching communities. Yet, our teaching and its benefits have always been limited to students in the Greater Los Angeles Area. While we have the expertise, its impact to the larger society was handicapped.

Thus, in 2007, MathSecret Education Foundation was created. MathSecret Education Foundation is focused on providing FREE learning materials via online to students, parents, and schools without border via its 5 missions. MathSecret Education Foundation is confident that with your support in referrals, knowledge, and resources, we can, together, help improve education in everyone’s local community.
